Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026 · Draft pending legal review

1. What we collect

Discord identity: your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. We request the "identify" scope only — we do not request your email from Discord.

Portal content: project requests, descriptions, comments, uploaded reference files, and decisions you record (quote acceptances and rejections).

Technical data: session cookies, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do with it

Run the portal: authenticate you, show your projects, record agreements, and deliver commissioned work.

Security and auditability: quote acceptances are stored as tamper-evident records to protect both parties.

We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with third parties beyond the providers needed to operate the service (hosting and Discord).

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for sign-in and a CSRF token for security. No analytics or tracking cookies.

4. Retention

Agreements and ledger records are kept as long as needed for legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Reference files are deleted on request or when a project is closed, subject to backup retention.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting us on Discord. Some records (accepted quotes, ledger entries) are append-only by design for the protection of both parties; where deletion applies, we honor it to the extent the law allows.
